Travel

This set of 7 illustrated maps was created for Deutsche Bahn, Regio Bayern to promote different tickets that allow unlimited travels on local trains and public transports for one day.

Each map covers a different area of Bavaria (the Munich area, Nuremberg area, Danube area, Upper Bavaria, etc.) and a total of 50 famous landmarks illustrations were created for the different cities served by the trains.

The challenge was to make illustrated maps that could be adapted to various formats for print, online and advertising use and to represent the rail network accurately, respecting the scale of the area represented.
