Trevor James, also known as "The Food Ranger" on YouTube, is a Canadian food and travel vlogger and content creator known for his street food tours on YouTube. He has 5.9 million subscribers on Youtube and over 1 million followers on instagram.

A few years ago he embarked on an epic trip following the Silk Road, and called the "World Noodle Tour", to taste local noodle dishes along the way. He commissioned me to create this practical map showing the itinerary he followed from Japan to Italy.

Paying tribute to ancient explorer's maps, it highlights all the stops from Sapporo to Milan. This map was animated and used in the introductions of the videos related to this trip.
